In translating a marriage record I found the status reads "Viudo"-widowed for the groom but her status reads " estado Donea"??? for the bride... Does anyone know what this may indicate?

This record is Jose Claro Sandate Ramirez baptized Aug 15 1866. I'm trying to figure out if it says Claro's birth date.
